Energy Auction Exchange will be filling an application with Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) for the license to supply natural gas generation services as (1) a broker/marketer engaged in the business of supplying natural gas, and (2) an aggregator engaged in the business of supplying natural gas. Energy Auction Exchange proposes to sell natural gas and related services throughout all of Pennsylvania under the provision of the Natural Gas Choice and Competition Act.
