Deposit may be refunded only upon receipt of a bona fide bid and the return of unmarked drawings and specifications to Accu-copy Reprographics in good condition within ten (10) days of award of Contract. Additional sets may be obtained upon payment of the costs of reproduction and handling, minimum charge Fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional set. A separate non-refundable check in the minimum estimated amount of $50.00 is required for each set to cover shipping and handling charges if mailing is requested. A certified check bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the WVWA must accompany each bid. The right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities in the same, is reserved by WVWA. Owner anticipates awarding Contracts by December 18, 2019. No bona fide proposals shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All proposals shall be sealed and clearly marked with contractor name and Prime Contract number and name. A Pre-Bid Conference will take place at 1:30 pm, eastern standard time, Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at the project site at 2428 Rochester Road, Sewickley, Pa 15143, at which time questions may be expressed. Written questions will be accepted through Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the office of Axis Architecture, P.C., 2328 Pitcairn Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15146. Items which require clarification will be addressed by Addendum prior to the Bid date.
